How do I book a service?
To book a service: 1) Browse or search for the service you need, 2) Select a provider and review their profile, 3) Choose your preferred date and time, 4) Confirm your booking and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule through your dashboard. Cancellation policies vary by provider. Generally, cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
